The Challenge
Our client had always had administrative support in his previous jobs so starting up his own meant he needed to get to grips with Microsoft 365 and XERO pretty quickly. More of a notepad and pen kind of guy, he struggled to find the time to learn the systems, deal with the paper trail and set up his folders and templates.
The Solution
We became the administrative support he was missing. Onsite fortnightly or monthly (depending on his requirements). Created easy to follow guides for how to use Outlook, Word, Excel. Created folders, templates and documents for setting up his business. Implemented XERO and input data, reconciling and invoicing each month and provided whatever admin support he required both onsite in Aberdeenshire and remotely.
