Our Story
Optimul was created to help entrepreneurs, small business owners and start ups streamline their businesses, gain clarity and find their version of work-life balance.
Founder, Nicola Davidson, came up with the concept after spending a lot of time with burnt out CEO’s, business owners and managers on several of the Management and then Leadership courses she attended throughout her career in Oil & Gas.
Optimul was set up July 2017 and has evolved rapidly ever since. Our team of Business Supporters all bring their own unique set of skills and personalities and all passionately want to help businesses succeed. We are excited for what is still to come. Watch this space.

Productivity & Planning are my jam but I also love dancing, seeing the world and spending time with family.

Bringing company visions to life as websites is a fantastic feeling. I also love planning, organising and scheduling to improve efficiency so you can spend more time doing what you love!

With a background in BD and having worked with many small businesses throughout my career I now use these skills to help my clients.
Outside of the office you can find me climbing a hill, at the gym for some me time or with my amazing family and friends.
